It still seems to crash on startup every time. It was doing it on the previous version that did not have all of the DLC as well.

I fixed my constant crashing from following the fixes listed at the following site:

Installing the Microsoft Visual C worked for me.
To those guys who are having problem with the startup please make sure to install all the needed redistributable software from Microsoft like Visual C++, Directx and .NET Framework you can read our FAQs page for links and info. And also make sure that your system meets the requirements for the game to work.
I have done everything as you advised but the game still crashed.

everything is up to date but its not working,no chance,always crashing
so eagerly waiting for re-update w/o crash.

If you need a fix until this one is fixed, look up the RUNE release, It’s been working flawlessly for me for a week now. I did find that a windows update broke the game (Win11 24H2) and I’ve had to roll it back, maybe it’s related to this GoG versions crash issue??

I have found the solution: just install G.O.G Galaxy 2.0 (install only not start), then you can play well.
