Hi David Trafton, sorry to know that. Can you tell us more about the problem. Sometime anytivirus reports false positive and we tested this without any problems. But if you are really worried just don’t continue installing it.
downloaded Avast anti virus after I declined the offer downloaded a win zip type program and that’s all no game nothing more I.ve downloaded games from GOG may times and never had problems like this

hey freegogpcgames i installed elex 2 (v 1 03 ) here. then tried to install patch but i got error message. i am sending ss link ( if allowed ? ) when i try to install
patch_elex_ii_1.00_(53748)_to_1.00b_(54048) it says already installed. OK
patch_elex_ii_1.00b_(54048)_to_1.01_(54211) it says already installed. OK
patch_elex_ii_1.01_(54211)_to_1.02_(54277) it says already installed. OK all good so far but when i try to patch_elex_ii_1.02_(54277)_to_1.03_(54551) i see this error message

Sorry about that darknessado, not really sure about the problem as we didn’t found any direct answer for it. Can tell us if you have enough disk space for the patch? That is what we think about it at the moment. 🙁

How do I install the patch?
We have reports that the patch is not working on some users. Try to install the patch with administrator rights and hope it works for you. If not working you can download the full release again instead.
